I have spent the last 15 years as a broker working with UHNW individuals, and served 14 years in the British Army reserve with tours in both Iraq and Afghanistan. My career began in private aviation before moving to super yachts. Growing up in a naval family, I developed an early passion for boats, and the yachting industry was a natural transition.
Through my experience at large brokerage houses, I knew I wanted to offer a more bespoke service to my clients – the kind of personal touch that I believe can only be achieved in a boutique firm. Therefore, I chose to found my own company – encapsulating the highly personalised service I found befitting the yachting charter and buying experience. TJB Super Yachts was founded in 2013, and I am proud to say that my company’s quick success is testament to my team’s extraordinary commitment and hard work. Running an innovative business with a strong ethical mind-set pertaining to our core values is challenging, yet also rewarding, as proven by our steady growth and year on year increase in both charters and revenue.

Jeroen prides himself in always being available to clients, and always putting them first in any negotiation. Following a degree in International Business, he has dedicated four professional years to super yachting, originally as an intern, followed by yacht marketing and now as a broker and client representative.
Having travelled the world, the allure of the South of France and Monaco is still strongest for Jeroen, whilst to unwind he recommends the crystal waters of the Dalmatian Coast; Montenegro and Croatia. What he loves about the super yacht experience is that every day is unique.
Will has dedicated his career to yachting, which began with a university degree in Maritime Studies. For over a decade he worked as Head Steward on motor and sail yachts, responsible for guest and owner welfare whilst discovering the hidden secrets of the world’s most exclusive and far flung destinations.
Will transfers his passion and know-how to helping clients purchase and sell their own yachts, as well as plan unique charter experiences. He remains as excited about yachting today as when he set sail for the first time. Will’s life-long experience as a sailor, in hospitality and as super yacht crew makes him perfectly placed to inspire and advise clients with every aspect of their motor yacht or sailing ambitions. Rob just can’t get enough of the impressive engineering, scale and design of super yachts, attending yacht shows in Monaco, Antigua, Genoa, Barcelona, Cannes, Palma... The list goes on. He has strong relationships with many of the leading European yacht builders who he has met along the way. Honesty and integrity are paramount to Rob who builds long-term relationships with clients and their families.
Rob developed his talent in client-focussed relations initially by running a successful recruiting and headhunting business, and he now applies his skills of planning, negotiation, and market research to find his clients the very best options and deals for super yacht charters and sales.

Growing up in the Balearics, Alex spent the majority of his spare time on the water. Now entering his fourth season in super yachting, understanding clients is Alex’s forte. His strong academic record, a high-level competitive sports background followed by a career in sales, as well as his lust for travel and all things nautical gives him a natural ability to help our clients.
An explorative approach to travelling has given Alex a vast knowledge of lesser-known, often remote charter destinations. Whilst being a Mediterranean aficionado, he also organises ‘off the beaten track’ charter adventures, including secluded, breath-taking islands in French Polynesia and South East Asia.

Roy enjoys nothing more than achieving the impossible… If a client has a very specific request, he will do everything possible to make it happen. Research is one of his strongest skills which allows him to not only fulfil unusual requests, but also source the ideal super yachts.
A motivated self-starter and enthusiastic sportsman, Roy adds energy and value to every assignment. Passionate about the freedom of the open water and the interesting people that he meets, he can advise and inspire first time buyers, charterers and seasoned sailors alike. His personal favourite holiday destinations are Greece and Croatia, which due to their natural beauty and friendly locals, never get boring.
An avid sailor from a very young age, son and grandson of Ship Captains, Advait travelled the world by sea before embarking on a successful career as a racing driver. Having lived and attended university in Italy, Advait is fluent in Italian (and English) and can recommend fantastic Mediterranean cruising itineraries.
Life in the fast lane has certainly given Advait some thrilling experiences and it is this passion for fun and excitement that makes Advait such an asset to the TJB brokerage team. Steph grew up spending her holidays in the Abaco Islands in the Bahamas which fuelled her love for the ocean, and a passion for scuba diving. After pursuing an MSc in Business Management, she spent two years working for a boat brokerage website where she learned the ins and outs of super yachts.

After spending two years working as a deckhand onboard yachts Josh understands what makes a remarkable charter from both an operational and itinerary perspective. A stint working in financial sales in the City paired with his sporting background has given him an adaptable nature, priding himself on his ability to bond with people from all walks of life.
A keen exploratory traveller with Cape Town and the Philippines his personal favourite hot spots, Josh is always at hand to discuss clients’ requirements – the more unique the better.

Angus has been around the commercial ship broking business his whole life through his father and brother's positions within Bright Cook & Co Ltd, a London based privately owned commercial ship and sale purchase company.
So, when it came time to investigate career paths (after a dip into dramatic arts), Yacht Broking came high on the list of natural fits. Angus worked as a Data Analyst for Bright Cook, maintaining their sales & purchase databases, which has contributed hugely to him finding his feet as a Yacht Broker.
Whilst still focusing on sales with another yacht brokerage in Monaco, Angus brings to TJB not only his unrivalled enthusiasm to keep his clients happy but also an experience in commercial shipping and liaising with various cultures around the world. Alison joined TJB Super Yachts as a consultant in January 2018 having set up her own business consultancy CvH Ltd in 2017. With a brain as fast as Usain Bolt and a penchant for perfectionism Alison is a force to be reckoned with.
Organisation, commercial awareness and customer service she holds in abundance, allowing clients and team members the confidence to know that a straight-talking, safe pair of hands is nurturing their every need.
With a life-long passion for yachting and a personal interest in all boats, Peter has spent over 25 years working and cruising along the Mediterranean shores gaining a broad knowledge of the yachting market, European shipyards and making key industry contacts.
Coming from a family background in manufacturing and classic boat building he has worked through the ranks from selling bespoke river cruisers through to semi production yachts with leading brands in the 20 to 40m market including some notable large custom projects up to 70m. As a broker he enjoys working closely with clients in both new construction, brokerage sale and purchase together with arranging bespoke charters, management of yachts and refit works.
The yacht business is a fantastic industry which presents new challenges with constant evolution both in innovation and design. Every day presents an new challenge and opportunity.
