How I got here

Nautical alphabet h

My background is rooted in bespoke travel and cultural hospitality, working primarily with high-end international clients across Italy and Europe. Before entering the yachting industry, I founded and ran a luxury travel company specialising in tailor-made journeys, private access, and highly personalised experiences, particularly between Europe and Asia.

Living and working in Capri played a key role in my transition into yachting. Being based in one of the Mediterranean’s most iconic cruising destinations, yachts naturally became part of both my professional world and daily life. Over time, I became increasingly drawn to the complexity of yacht charters — where logistics, discretion, human relationships, and an uncompromising standard of service intersect.

Moving into yachting felt like a natural extension of what I was already doing: advising clients who value privacy, depth, and precision, and translating their expectations into seamless experiences on the water.

WHY TJB SUPER YACHTS?

Nautical alphabet w

I was drawn to TJB Super Yachts because of its boutique structure and genuinely client-first philosophy. Working within a smaller, highly experienced team allows for closer collaboration, sharper attention to detail, and a more thoughtful approach to brokerage.

What I value most is the depth of knowledge within the team and the emphasis on long-term client relationships rather than transactions. TJB’s culture aligns strongly with how I work — measured, discreet, and focused on delivering the right solution rather than the fastest one.

My favourite cruising destination

Nautical alphabet m

My favourite cruising destinations include the French Riviera, the Italian Riviera, and the Amalfi Coast. What draws me to these areas is not only their beauty or cruising conditions, but the depth of history, art, and cultural life that surrounds them.

I’ve always believed that travel is not only about movement or escape, but about being in places where there is something to engage with beyond the surface — places shaped by centuries of history, artistic production, and layered human stories. These destinations offer far more than a pure holiday experience. They are environments where culture, architecture, gastronomy, and daily life naturally intersect.

Whether it’s cruising along the Amalfi Coast with its long-established relationship between land and sea, or spending time on the French and Italian Rivieras where art, design, and intellectual life have historically converged, these regions offer a richness that goes beyond leisure. They invite curiosity, reflection, and discovery — qualities that, to me, define meaningful travel.
