Both the upper deck aft and the bow lounge can also be set up for dining, with the upper (bridge) deck aft serving as the yacht’s primary dining location. The best seat in the house can be found up on LADY NORA’s sundeck, which offers panoramic views of the ocean. The perfect space for entertaining, the forward section of the sundeck is fitted with a large sun pad plus a spacious Jacuzzi pool for relaxing after hours. Aft of the Jacuzzi is a versatile lounge/dining area with a bimini top to protect from the sun. Light and open, LADY NORA's interior has an open layout that can accommodate a large group of guests without feeling crowded. Finished with a neutral colour palette, the darker oak veneer cabinetry is balanced with lighter luxury carpeting, while oversized windows allow an abundance of natural light to flood the interior space. On the main deck, a spacious full-beam saloon comprises a lounge space and a formal dining area for up to thirteen guests. Forward of the saloon, open stairs lead up to the sky lounge above where there is a second saloon area providing views of the ocean in all directions. LADY NORA’s staterooms have been updated in recent years by Spanish yacht design studio BYD and feature chic white décor to emphasise the feeling of space and natural light onboard. The stylish Master suite is located forward on the main deck and features oak panelling with warm ambient lighting. An Owners’ private office is positioned just before the Master cabin, offering a quiet and dedicated workspace. LADY NORA’s guest accommodation includes two double staterooms and two twin staterooms. The starboard twin offers two single beds and a Pullman with a custom desk designed for gaming, while the port twin features three single beds and a Pullman, making it ideal for children or flexible family arrangements. COMMENTS
An excllent example of American craftsmanship, LADY NORA was built by Broward Yachts at their Dania shipyard in the United States. With a length of 45.11 metres, this custom luxury yacht offers ample space and comfort when cruising, pairing contemporary exterior styling with timeless interior design.
Designed as a semi-displacement aluminium yacht by Broward’s in-house team, LADY NORA has only had three owners since her delivery in 1998 and she can accommodate up to thirteen guests across five well-appointed staterooms.
Her sleek all-white exterior highlights her clean lines and well-proportioned profile, while oversized windows across the decks add to her overall aesthetic appeal.
Powered by twin Detroit 16V 149TIB engines with three Kohler generators, LADY NORA cruises comfortably at twelve knots. Thanks to her shallow 2.9m/8ft draft, she can explore even the most shallow cruising grounds, ensuring access to remote charter destinations across the globe and making her ideal for cruising areas like the Bahamas.
Impeccably maintained by her current Owner and crew, LADY NORA has only recently undergone extensive service and maintenance. Since 2018 she has had a full paint job, replacement of all the decks, installation of a forced-air ventilation system, a full refit of the crew quarters and galley, and in 2024/25 she had new CMC stabilisers,a facelift to all interior spaces and a new audiovisual system.
