Italy Postpones Yacht Charter VAT Changes until November 2020

The Italian Tax Authority’s new changes to VAT on superyacht charters has been delayed until November 2020, which is good news for yacht charterers. Which means all yacht charter contracts signed up until October 31st 2020 – for charter beginning at any time in the future - will still benefit from the lump sum VAT scheme.
