TJB Super Yachts appoint Advait Deodhar as Senior Sales & Charter Broker

At TJB Super Yachts we are always looking to expand and grow, and we are excited to announce the promotion of Advait Deodhar as Senior Sales & Charter Broker. Based between London and Mumbai, Advait hit the ground running when he joined the brokerage in 2016. “Advait’s dedication and passion for everything he does are a testament to his success so far and a reflection of this exciting career milestone,” said Tim Johnson, Founder & CEO of TJB Super Yachts.

2021 was a record-breaking season for Advait, who recorded the company’s highest number of charters. Advait also secured the largest-sized yacht charter at the beginning of this year (99M), for a total 34 guests. Advait’s work ethic and professionalism are reflected in his clients’ faith in his ability to offer a seamless service from beginning to end, as seen by the high levels of repeat clients.

From learning the trade when he joined TJB, to his recent successes, Advait continues to raise the standard, assisting colleagues through his expertise. The new role will allow him to continue to push the envelope and provide outstanding services to his clients. Although he has been working on sales alongside charters for the past few years, a large part of his new position will be to drive the company’s sales forward.

Known as the walking-talking ‘Yachting Wikipedia’, Advait is recognised by his colleagues as an integral member of the team, with expertise and experience allow him to advise and train junior brokers. We are excited to continue working alongside Advait and look forward to watching his success and growth.
