Mid-way through 2022, TJB embarked on a significant international expansion and are delighted to welcome new team members in the US, across Europe, and most recently, down-under in Australia.
Fuelled by an ever-growing presence in major yachting hubs and inspired by the opportunity to create even more remarkable and unique yacht experiences, this expansion propelled the team into a strong start of 2023.
Flying the TJB Flag, Stateside
Time spent across the pond at some of the most anticipated yacht shows, coupled with a large portion of our client base being America, TJB saw the opportunity to expand west.

Expansion in The Netherlands
Where new concepts are born, and new builds delivered. With the expansion of our existing office in the Netherlands, we are on the lookout for a new team member to join Jeroen‘s team as we build our presence in the thriving Benelux market. A New Office in Australia Takes TJB Down Under
To identify opportunities in new markets and cater to an ever-growing demand for luxury yacht charters in the Southern hemisphere, this inspiring hub in the lesser-known South Pacific and Australasian cruising region is now home to TJB yacht specialist, Dale, based in the Gold Coast, Australia.
With its vast coastline and countless islands, Australia offers unparalleled opportunities for superyacht owners and charter guests to explore some of the world’s most breathtaking and unspoiled natural wonders.
The Gold Coast’s maritime industry has undergone significant development, making it an ideal stopover for superyachts travelling along Australia’s eastern coastline. The region boasts several world-class marinas and shipyards, providing top-notch facilities for superyacht maintenance, repair, and upgrades.
Growing the European Team
Supercharging our European influence are new brokers in Italy and Spain, expanding TJB’s international reach to meet the growing demand for charters and sales in these regions.
Charlie, our London-based yacht broker, is now representing the Greek office. Bringing a wealth of local expertise to Charlie’s extensive knowledge of the islands; having spent several years on the ground building a strong network of relationships and brokerage himself.
Not only is Greece a key charter destination this summer, but so is Italy and its Hollywood glamour-infused coast. Inspired by Italy’s La Dolce Vita, new broker Nino has joined Valentina here.
Drawn to sunnier climes, James has set up office in Spain, catering to an ever-growing charter market in the Balearics among other global destinations. With brokers on the ground in key yachting hotspots we can ensure an unrivalled level of expertise and service for our clients, from idea to delivery.
